Managing offline usage

Offline usage allows users to download apps in personal, shared or managed spaces to mobile devices and use them when working offline. You can set the offline usage feature for all users in the tenant as a tenant admin.

Enabling and disabling offline usage

You enable and disable the offline usage under Mobile in the Settings page in the Management Console.

Information noteDisabling offline usage only applies to apps in shared or managed spaces. Apps in personal spaces can always be downloaded.
Tip note

If your tenant is using the new navigation experience, the Administration activity center replaces Management Console.
