Managing your Qlik Cloud subscription

The Qlik Cloud service account owner can view and manage the subscription.

In My Qlik portal, the you can see the capacities that are included in your subscription and monitor purchased, consumed, and remaining amounts for different capacities. For more information, see My Qlik portal.

With a Qlik Sense Business or Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS subscription, you can review your payment and billing information from My Qlik, as well as view and download your invoices. Qlik Sense Business customers can also manage the subscription from My Qlik, such as extend a trial, renew or upgrade a subscription, adjust the number of users, or cancel a subscription.

To manage Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS or one of the Qlik Cloud Analytics or Qlik Cloud Data Integration capacity-based subscriptions, contact your respective Qlik account manager.

Information noteIf you did not purchase your subscription directly from Qlik, you won’t be able to manage your subscription in My Qlik. The third-party that you purchased through can manage your subscription for you. This includes renewals, cancellations, and amendments.

Logging in to My Qlik

Go to My Qlik portal or log in from Qlik.com by selecting Log In > Qlik Cloud.

You can also log in from your Qlik Cloud tenant. Open the launcher menu in the upper-right corner, and select My Qlik.
