Managing your Qlik Cloud subscription
As a service account owner (SAO), you can view subscription details in My Qlik. Depending on your subscription type, you can manage it directly in My Qlik or by contacting your account manager.
Accessing My Qlik
Log in to My Qlik using one of the following methods:

Go directly to My Qlik portal.

Visit Qlik.com and select Log In > Qlik Cloud.

From your Qlik Cloud tenant, open the navigation menu
and select Administration > My Qlik.
Viewing subscription details
In My Qlik, the service account owner can see an overview of their subscription, including:

Start and end dates.

Capacities included in the subscription, with purchased, consumed, and remaining amounts.

Click
in a category to view more details.

Managing a Qlik Cloud Analytics, Qlik Talend Data Integration, or Qlik Anonymous Access subscription
To manage one of the Qlik Cloud Analytics or Qlik Talend Data Integration capacity-based subscriptions or Qlik Anonymous Access, contact your respective Qlik account manager.
Managing a Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS subscription
With a Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS subscription, you can do the following in My Qlik:

Review payment and billing information.

View and download invoices.
To make changes, such as renewing or upgrading the subscription, contact your respective Qlik account manager.
Managing a Qlik Sense Business subscription
Payment, billing information and invoices can be accessed from My Qlik. You can also manage the subscription from My Qlik, such as extend a trial, renew or upgrade a subscription, adjust the number of users, or cancel the subscription.
