Managing the Qlik Sense SaaS subscription

Qlik Sense SaaS provides two subscriptions:

  • Qlik Sense Business - operationalize analytics across groups and teams
  • Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS - scale and extend analytics across departments and organizations

This section explains how to manage your SaaS subscription using the My Qlik portal.

Note: You can upgrade from Qlik Sense Business to Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS by contacting Qlik Sales.

My Qlik

My Qlik is a portal where Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS users can purchase and manage their subscriptions. For more information, see:

You can access My Qlik by logging in through your tenant URL.

Note: If you did not purchase your subscription directly from Qlik, you won’t be able to manage your subscription in My Qlik. The third-party that you purchased through can manage your subscription for you. This includes renewals, cancellations, and amendments.

  1. Sign in to your tenant URL.
  2. Go to the hub.
  3. Click the app switcher next to your profile at the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click My Qlik.
