Managing users - Qlik Anonymous Access subscriptions
Qlik Cloud provides several ways to organize the users that you add to the tenant. In Qlik Anonymous Access subscriptions, assign users with Full User entitlement to allow them to work in the tenant and develop analytics content. Anonymous users can access app content that has been shared publicly without being added to the tenant.
This topic is applicable to Qlik Anonymous Access subscriptions. For other Qlik Cloud subscriptions, see:

Terminology on this page
The following terminology is used in content about anonymous access:
-
Anonymous users: Users who are accessing app content anonymously, either through anonymous access links to an app or by consuming embedded analytics anonymously. These users are not members of the Qlik Cloud tenant, and also do not require Qlik accounts.
-
Tenant users: Users who are members of the tenant, who manage the tenant and develop analytics for consumption by anonymous users. Tenant users are users with Full User entitlement or specific administrator privileges in the tenant.
Managing tenant users and anonymous users
Add tenant users through an identity provider or send email invitations. Once users are added to the tenant, you can grant permission to specific actions in Qlik Cloud. Permissions are grouped into roles that you can assign to individuals or groups of users.
Anonymous users do not need to be added to the tenant to access content that has been shared with them. They can only access limited versions of anonymously shared apps. All other content in the tenant is unavailable to anonymous users.
