Sharing your application with other users

When your application is ready, you can make it available to other users by sharing it in a shared space. In a shared space, members can interact with your application based on their permissions.

To share your application, you must:

  1. Make your sheets public so other users can use them.
  2. Move the application from your personal space to a shared space.

Making sheets available to other users

New sheets are private by default and are only visible to you. Make your sheets public before sharing the application so other users can see them.

  1. Open the application overview and select Sheets.
  2. Under My sheets, right-click the first sheet and select Make public.
  3. Repeat for each sheet in your application.
Tip note

Public sheets are locked for editing. If you want to make changes, make them private by right-clicking on the sheet and selecting Make private.

Moving the application to a shared space

After your sheets are public, move the application to a shared space so members can access it.

  1. Click the application name to open the application details area.
  2. In the application details area, click More actions > Move.
  3. Select the destination from Space.
  4. Click Move.

Your application is now in the shared space.
