Canceling a subscription

The service account owner (SAO) can cancel a Qlik Sense Business subscription at any time using My Qlik, or through your profiles settings. You can also choose to undo the cancellation any time before the end of the term.

Information noteThe cancellation becomes effective at the end of your subscription term. You will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of the term.

Canceling a Qlik Sense Business subscription using My Qlik

  1. Log into My Qlik. For more information about My Qlik, see Managing the Qlik Sense SaaS subscription.
  2. Select the subscription you want to change.
  3. Click the Manage button.
  4. Click Cancel subscription.

    A confirmation box appears, providing information about the effective date for the cancellation and prompting you to confirm the change.

  5. Check the I Understand box and click Confirm.

Canceling a Qlik Sense Business subscription through profile settings

  1. Log into your tenant.
  2. Select the your profile and click Subscriptions.
  3. Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel subscription.

    A confirmation box appears, providing information about the effective date for the cancellation and prompting you to confirm the change.

  5. Check the I Understand box and click Confirm.

The subscription tile updates to reflect the cancellation request and displays the date on which the cancellation becomes effective.

Information noteIf you decide that you do not want to cancel the subscription, you can undo the request any time before the end of the paid term.
