Upgrading your Qlik Sense subscription

Qlik allows you to convert or upgrade your subscriptions from My Qlik. This allows you to upgrade your subscription without creating a new tenant so that your information and data are maintained. The following upgrade paths are supported:

• Qlik Sense Business trial to Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS subscription
• Qlik Sense Business subscription to Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS subscription

You must be the service account owner (SAO) to upgrade your Qlik Sense subscription.

You can review the status of your trial or subscription, and upgrade Qlik Sense subscriptions using a credit card from My Qlik.

Upgrading from Qlik Sense Business to Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS

1. Go to My Qlik and select the subscription or trial that you want to upgrade.
2. If you are currently on a Qlik Sense Business trial, click Purchase. If you are currently on a Qlik Sense Business subscription, click Manage.

   You will be presented with your current trial or subscription details, as well upgrade options.

3. Click Upgrade on the Qlik Sense Enterprise tile.

4. On the Users page select the number of users you want to purchase Professional and Analyzer entitlement for, and click Continue.

   Information noteYou can add users to your Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS subscription by clicking Manage.
5. On the Payment page enter your credit card payment information and click Continue.
6. On the Overview page review you order and payment details and click Pay to complete your purchase.
