Criteo is an advertising company that provides online display advertisements.

Preparing for authentication

To access your Criteo data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

To generate your client ID and secret:

1. In Criteo, navigate to the Criteo Developer Dashboard.

2. Click My Apps > View.
3. Click Create New Key. A text file is downloaded with both your client ID and secret. You always have access to your key in the credentials dashboard.
4. As the client secret is only shared once, copy-paste it in a secured file.

Creating the connection

1. Fill in the required connection properties.

2. Provide a name for the connection in Connection name.

3. Select Open connection metadata to define metadata for the connection when it has been created.

4. Click Create.
