Preparing for authentication
To access your Authorize.net data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.
To generate a transaction key:
- In Authorize.net, navigate to Account > Security Settings > API Credentials & Keys.
- Select New Transaction Key.
- To disable the old transaction key, select Disable Old Transaction Key Immediately. For more information, see Authorize.net documentation.
- Select Submit. You can view the transaction key only once. Copy-paste it in a secured file if needed.
Creating the connection

- Fill in the required connection properties.

Provide a name for the connection in Connection name.

Select Open connection metadata to define metadata for the connection when it has been created.

Click Create.
