Talend Management Console global email notifications
Talend Management Console offers the possibility to enable different email notifications. Depending on your permissions or roles, or space permissions if an event is space-related, that list can be different.
As explained in the previous section, the Profile preferences page allows you to define your global preferences about the types of notifications you intend to receive. Those types are detailed in the following table.
If you need to configure notifications for a very specific task, plan, or engine, see Configuring individual email notifications.

|
| Task run has misfired | An email notification is sent whenever a task you have permission to
manage, as explained in the Required permissions column,
fails to start as expected, such as when no engines are available. The Misfired status is not applicable to Routes or data service tasks. Instead, any issues with these tasks are reflected under the Failed status. The Misfired status can occur for various reasons, typically explained in Talend Management Console. You can also retrieve the specific cause by sending a request to the Get task execution status endpoint. For an overview of this Misfired status and the common scenarios it reflects, see Misfired in the glossary. |

may require attention. The notification is sent per space and repeats every 24
hours until the task completes or is stopped. Data Service and Route tasks are
not included. Information noteNote: This is a mandatory notification. It is
