Viewing and editing your user profile

You can view your personal information from the Profile Preferences page.

About this task

Information noteImportant:

The unified administration and unified user profile between Qlik Cloud and Talend Cloud will apply to all Talend Cloud regions, except the Azure US West region, and will be progressively available to all accounts starting from February 2026. For more information, contact Qlik Support team.

Editing your personal information from the Account page

For the regions where the unified administration and user profile are enabled, edit your personal information from the shared Account page.

Procedure

  1. In the top right corner, click the user menu.
  2. Click Profile Preferences.
    In the About Me tab, you can see your profile details including your email address, names, phone number, job title, language, region, roles, and groups.
  3. Click the Edit profile button below the Groups field to edit your profile from the shared Account page.

    When the Single Sign-On is enabled, contact your administrator to change your profile information.

For the regions where the unified administration and user profile are not available yet and the Azure US West region, edit your profile information from the Profile Preferences page.

Procedure

  1. In the top right corner, click the user menu.
  2. Click Profile Preferences.
    In the About Me tab, you can see your profile details including your email address, names, phone number, job title, roles, and groups.
  3. Edit your names, job title, or phone number.
    Only a Security Administrator can edit the other fields, including Roles and Groups, from the Users & Security page in Talend Management Console.
  4. In the Language & Region tab, set your preferred language and time zone.
  5. Save your changes.
