Anaplan is a business planning software.

Preparing for authentication

To access your Anaplan data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

Make sure that the account you use has read access to the tables you want to fetch.

If you want to use the CA certificate authentication, you need to register a certificate. For more information, see Manage your certificates.

Creating the connection

For more information, see Conexión a aplicaciones SaaS.

Fill in the required connection properties.
Provide a name for the connection in Connection name.
Select Open connection metadata to define metadata for the connection when it has been created.
Click Create.

Setting	Description
Data gateway	Seleccione una Pasarela Data Movement si su caso de uso así lo requiere. Nota informativa Este campo no está disponible con la suscripción Qlik Talend Cloud Starter porque Pasarela Data Movement no se admite. Si tiene otro nivel de suscripción y no desea utilizar Pasarela Data Movement, seleccione Ninguna. Authentication Method	Select the authentication method to use: Username and Password: Use your Anaplan user name and password. For more information, see Use basic authentication. CA certificate: Use your Certificate Authority (CA). For more information, see Use CA certificate authentication.
Username	This field is available if you selected Username and Password as Authentication Method. Your Anaplan user name.
Password	This field is available if you selected Username and Password as Authentication Method. Your Anaplan password.
CA Certificate	This field is available if you selected CA certificate as Authentication Method. Upload your Anaplan CA certificate.
Private Key	This field is available if you selected CA certificate as Authentication Method. Upload the private key associated with your Anaplan CA certificate.
