View key details about your Qlik Cloud tenant for support queries, troubleshooting, or subscription management.
Finding tenant information in the About window
Do the following:

Click your user profile icon in the upper-right corner.

Select About from the menu.
A window shows the following tenant information:

Tenant alias hostname
-
Tenant hostname
-
Tenant ID
-
Qlik Cloud ID
-
Subscription ID
-
Subscription period
-
Recovery address
Identifying your tenant region from the tenant hostname
Your tenant hostname includes a region identifier. The region identifier appears after the tenant name in the tenant URL (for example, eu or us).

Finding subscription plan information
To find out which subscription plan (pricing plan, tier, or edition) your organization is on, ask your service account owner (SAO) to check in My Qlik. In the subscription overview, the SAO can see the current plan and subscription type.

Checking which capabilities are enabled in your tenant
The Capabilities list in Administration > Home shows which capabilities are enabled for your subscription and the limits for each capability.
