Finding tenant information
View key details about your Qlik Cloud tenant for support queries, troubleshooting, or subscription management.
Do the following:

Click your user profile icon in the upper-right corner.

Select About from the menu.
A window will appear showing the following tenant information:

Tenant alias hostname
-
Tenant hostname
-
Tenant ID
-
Qlik Cloud ID
-
Subscription ID
-
Recovery address
-
Registering for a Qlik Account: View subscription details.

Monitoring resource consumption: Get an overview of enabled capabilities.
If you want to find out which subscription plan (pricing plan, tier, or edition) your organization is on, ask your service account owner (SAO) to check in My Qlik. In the subscription overview, the SAO can see the current plan and subscription type. To learn more about available pricing plans, see Qlik Pricing.
