Product limitations

The following limitations apply to the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool. These areas are not yet supported and may impact the scope of migration from Qlik Sense Client-Managed to Qlik Cloud.

ODAG applications

Preserving the link between ODAG summary applications and template applications is not yet supported by the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool; therefore, ODAG apps are not currently supported for migration.

Reload schedules

Chained reload tasks and custom scheduling logic are not yet supported by the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool. Only standalone, valid, and enabled schedules are considered during migration, and only the first enabled schedule is used when multiple are defined.

Custom group mappings

Custom properties from Qlik Sense Client-Managed are not yet supported for migration to custom groups in Qlik Cloud. The Qlik Analytics Migration Tool does not currently support mapping or translating custom properties into Qlik Cloud's custom group structure.

Qlik NPrinting

The Qlik Analytics Migration Tool only supports the migration of Qlik NPrinting report templates that can be exported from the source Qlik NPrinting environment. Currently, only report types with export functionality in the source version of Qlik NPrinting are eligible for migration.

Note that while export functionality in Qlik NPrinting is a prerequisite, migration support for each report type must also be implemented in the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool. As such, availability in Qlik NPrinting does not guarantee immediate support in the migration tool.
