Registering a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online application
Procedure

Go to Azure Active Directory page by click the icon
with the same title.
The Azure Active Directory page appears.

Select in the Azure Active
Directory page.
The Register an application page appears.

Enter a name for the application (Demo in this example)
in the Name field.
You can set the Supported account types and Redirect URI options as needed.

Click Register.
The Demo page appears, indicating that an application named Demo is registered. The page lists the settings of Demo.
