Troubleshooting tDataQualityRules with Talend Cloud Data Stewardship

You may encounter some issues when trying to retrieve data quality rules using URLs starting with https://tds. This issue has been raised and is being fixed. Meanwhile, you can use the following workaround.

About this task

As data quality rules are centralized and therefore shared between the apps, you can use the URLs of any Talend app, as long as you have the correct permission on the app, the same data quality rules are retrieved.

If you cannot retrieve the data quality rules and you are using URLs starting with https://tds:

Procedure

Select Data Inventory as Application.

Information noteRestriction: Starting from Talend Studio 8.0 R2023-06 onwards, you can retrieve rules from Talend Cloud Data Inventory. If you are using an older version, consider upgrading to the latest version.
In the URL field, replace tds by tdc.
Press F6 to save and run the Job.
