UKG Pro - Workforce Management

UKG Pro - Workforce Management is a human capital management platform. You can use UKG Pro - Workforce Management as a data source when landing or replicating data.

Supported update methods

• Change data capture (CDC)

  Landing or replication starts with a full load. The data is then kept up-to-date using incremental loading based on date fields.

• Reload and compare

  This extracts the entire data set from the source and reloads it to your target. You can schedule periodic reloads to keep the data up-to-date.

Preparing for authentication

To access your UKG Pro - Workforce Management data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

Creating the connection

1. Fill in the required connection properties.

2. Provide a name for the connection in Connection name.

3. Select Open connection metadata to define metadata for the connection when it has been created.

4. Click Create.
