Editing projects

Projects in the Qlik Analytics Migration Tool can be modified at any time after creation to update associated metadata or change the bound migration plan. This page outlines the steps for updating a project's configuration.

Steps to edit a project

Do the following:

  1. Locate the project
    Navigate to the Projects tab and find the project to be modified.

  2. Open the Edit form
    In the Actions column for the selected project, click the Edit button to open the editable configuration panel.

  3. Make necessary changes

    Update project fields as required:

    • Change the project description
    • Reassign a different migration plan
    • Enable or disable automatic job creation

  1. Save the changes
    Click Update Project to apply the changes.

  2. Verify success
    A confirmation message will appear at the top of the screen, and the updated project information will be reflected in the list.
