Qlik Cloud user-based subscriptions
Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS and Qlik Sense Business are user-based analytics subscription, with pricing based on the number of users. The editions have different specifications and capacity limits.

Monitoring resource usage
Administrators can view license information and track resource consumption in the Administration activity center.
The service account owner of the Qlik Cloud subscription can view overall license usage and subscription details in My Qlik portal.

Guardrails and capacity limits
To maintain performance and stability, Qlik Cloud enforces guardrails—fixed limits designed to prevent excessive resource usage. For example, parallel reloads are restricted to avoid system overload.
