Application overview

Manage sheets, bookmarks and stories from the application overview.

Click an application to open the application overview.

You can view additional information about your application from the application details area. The application details area displays the application name, space, and data load information. It also shows when you last opened the application, how many people have viewed the application in the last month, when the application was created, and when the application was last updated. Additional application actions are available in the application details area by clicking and selecting the action. You can open the application details area from the application navigation bar by clicking the application name or by clicking > Details.

您可进行以下操作：

• Click Sheets, Bookmarks, or Stories to display those elements in the application overview.

  • 单击工作表、故事或书签将其打开。

  • 创建新的工作表或故事，并查看书签。必须工作表视图中创建书签。

  • 单击工作表或故事的标题以显示详细信息。

  • 复制或重新排序工作表。

  • 将工作表或故事公开或私密化。

• Click > Details to change application details and manage the application. In the application details area, you can:
  • Change the thumbnail, name, description, and tags of the application.
  • Move the application to a new space.
  • Duplicate the application.
  • Reload the application.
  • 创建任务以安排重新加载。
  • Evaluate application performance.

• Click > Settings to change the settings for an application. You can, for example, turn on or turn off Insight Advisor Search and Insight Advisor 分析类型, change the appearance of the application, and change the styling of the sheet. 可以隐藏工作表上的工具栏和表头。
