Setting your preferred language in AccessPoint

By default, QlikView WebView uses the language selected during installation while AJAX uses English for both AccessPoint and QlikView documents. You can change your language setting in QlikView AccessPoint to another language. Your language selection is saved in a cookie for one year. For a full list of the supported languages, see Supported languages

Information note

If you clear your browser’s cookies, you must set your language again. If you use multiple browsers, you must set your language preference in AccessPoint in each browser that you use.

Information note

If you have any QlikView documents open when you change your language in AccessPoint, the language will not change until they are closed and reopened.

Do the following:

  1. Log into AccessPoint.
  2. Click Favorites & profile.
  3. Click the Profile tab.
  4. Select a language from the Preferred language drop-down.

AccessPoint will refresh and display in the selected language.
