Rules
Every Connector needs at least one Rule. To begin, go to the connectors screen and click on edit icon on the “Details” column on the right side of the table.
Edit connectors to add rules
Once you click on Edit, you will come to Connector page showing details of the specified connectors. Here you can change the setting of the Connector by clicking on the “Change settings” button on the top-right. From this screen you can add rules as specified in the following sections.

| Creating new Categories |
Depending on the type selected, each rule will require different categories. These can be chosen from the Add Rule prompt, or a new one can be created directly when creating the rule. For more information, please see Creating Categories via the Add Rule prompt. |
| Rule priority |
Decide the order of the rules to be processed. If multiple rules match the same item, only the first rule will create a node for the item. The default value is 0, meaning that if you have rule with Priority 1, the rule with Priority 0 will run first. |
