Dynamic Engine v0.21.0 release
Dynamic Engine v0.21.0 introduces support for running Data Services and Routes, as well as enabling lineage data collection. Compatible with Kubernetes 1.28 onwards, it follows standard upgrade procedures for versions 0.19.0 and later.

Special Note for Upgrades
Version 0.21.0 supports the standard upgrade process for versions 0.19.0 and later. However, users upgrading from versions prior to 0.19.0 must follow a different procedure. If you are upgrading from a version earlier than 0.19.0, a complete re-installation of environment resources is necessary. See Guidelines for upgrading to Dynamic Engine v0.19.0 for specific instructions on this process.
