Configuring the Iceberg Standard Job

For the purpose of this scenario, you need to create a Standard Job containing several subJobs. Each subJob is used to perform a different action.

Procedure

  1. Create a new Standard Job and add the following components:
    • tIcebergConnection
    • two tIcebergInput
    • tIcebergMerge
    • tIcebergRow
    • three tIcebergTable
    • two tLogRow
  2. Create the Connect subJob:
    Connect subJob.
  3. Create the Create branch subJob:
    Create branch subJob.
  4. Create the Update branch subJob:
    Update branch subJob.
  5. Create the Read from main branch and Read from cleaned branch subJobs:
    Read from main branch and Read from cleaned branch subJobs.
  6. Create the Merge branch subJob:
    Merge branch subJob.
  7. Create the Drop branch subJob:
    Drop branch subJob.
  8. Create the Create tag subJob:
    Create tag subJob.
