Preparing for authentication To access your data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

You must have administrative privileges to create an app in your Help Scout account.
To create your App ID and App secret:
Log into your Help Scout account. Navigate to User profile > My Apps . Click Create My App . In App Name , enter a name for the application. Geef in Verbindingsnaam een naam voor de verbinding op.
Selecteer Metagegevens verbinding openen om metagegevens te definiëren voor de verbinding nadat deze is gemaakt.
