Updating Data service and Route tasks deployed in Dynamic Engine
environment
You can update the artifact version or change the configuration of a Data service
or Route task deployed in a Dynamic Engine
environment without downtime.
Before you begin
The Dynamic Engine
environment must be in the Ready status.
You must have the Execute permission on the workspace to
undeploy a task.
Procedure
Open the Management page.
Go to the Tasks tab.
Select the task from the list to open its details page.
Update the task as needed.
Click Redeploy in the top right corner to update your task
with the new version.
Results
When clicking the Redeploy button, your task is undeployed and
deployed again with the new version. The old service still runs and serves requests
until the new version is deployed.
You can monitor its status on the task details or Operations
pages.
