Refreshing dataset samples

You can quickly update the metrics of one or several dataset samples with the refresh feature available from the Overview or Sample tabs, or directly from the dataset list.

Procedure

  1. From the dataset list, you can either:
    • Refresh a single dataset sample.
    • Refresh several dataset samples at once.
  2. To refresh a single dataset sample from the Overview tab:
    1. In the Datasets tab, click the dataset you want to refresh.
    2. In the Overview tab, click the three dots on the right of the Data quality tile.
    3. Click Refresh head sample.

  3. To refresh a single dataset sample from the Sample tab:
    1. In the Datasets tab, click the dataset you want to refresh.
    2. In the Sample tab, click the Head sample or Random sample menu.
    3. Click Refresh.

  4. To refresh multiple dataset samples:
    1. Select the check box next to every dataset you want to refresh or select the check box on the top of the column to select the whole list.
    2. Click the Refresh all samples button on the top of the dataset list.

      Information noteNote: Although the primary purpose is to perform mass refreshing, you can also use this method to refresh a single dataset sample.

Results

The samples for the selected datasets are refreshed or will be in a few seconds.
