You can assign the workflow object roles at the model or object level from the
Responsibilities tab.
Before you begin
You have been assigned an object role with the Workflow
Management capability.
Procedure

Open the object page of the custom model or object.

In the Responsibilities tab, click Add
role.

Select the object role to assign.

Select one or more users or groups from the list.
You can also type in the first letters of the user or group name to find
it.

Click OK and save your changes.
