Configuring a Microsoft Dynamics CRM online application
To access Microsoft Dynamics CRM using the tMicrosoftCRMInput and
tMicrosoftCRMOutput components with the ONLINE authentication type and the 2016 (odata)
API, you need to first register a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online application and then grant
permissions to the application.

Before configuring the Microsoft Dynamics CRM online application, a user account for Microsoft Dynamics CRM must be already added in an Azure Active Directory. If you don’t have this user account, contact your system administrator for help.
