RingCentral

RingCentral is a cloud-based telephony platform. You can land analytics data from RingCentral as a data source when landing or replicating data.

Preparing for authentication

To access your RingCentral data, you need to authenticate the connection with your account credentials.

1. Make sure that your app has the Analytics permissions. For more information, see Configuring Analytics portal permissions in the RingCentral documentation.

2. In RingCentral, navigate to Console/Apps.

3. Click Create App.

4. In What type of app are you creating?, select REST API App and click Next.

5. In Authentication, select 3-Legged OAuth flow and Server-side web app.

6. Click Create.

7. When the app is created, make sure that https://connector.qlik.com/auth/oauth/v3.htm is set up to be a valid redirect_uri.

Creating the connection

1. 必要な接続設定を満たしたら、認証をクリックします。

   ソースアプリケーションにログインするよう求められる場合があります。

   ウィンドウに認証コードが表示されます。

2. コードをクリップボードにコピーしてから、接続ダイアログに戻ります。

3. ソースが提供するコードに基づいて認証を完了にコードをペーストしてから、認証をクリックします。

   ヒント メモこのフィールドを表示するためにスクロールダウンする必要があるかもしれません。

   ステータスが検証済みであれば、認証は検証されたことになります。

4. 接続名に接続の名前を入力します。

5. 接続メタデータを開くを選択して、作成時の接続のメタデータを定義します。
