Configuring Job run profiles

You can define a Job run profile and set its JVM arguments after the Remote Engine or cluster has been created.

1. Open the Processing page.
2. Click the Run profiles tab.
3. Click Add run profile.
4. Select the processor type.
5. Select the engine or cluster you want your profile to be associated with.
   The current engine or cluster is selected by default.
6. Enter a name for the run profile.
7. Optional: Add a description for the profile.
8. Configure the Processing arguments with the JVM arguments you want to set for all Jobs running on the engine with this profile.
   The JVM parameter values set here will override the values set in Talend Studio.
9. Click Save or Save and add another to create another run profile with different JVM settings.
