Download Group Report

Steps

Sign in as a user with at least theSecurity Administratorcapability global role assignment.
Go to MANAGE > Groups in the banner.
Click the Download icon.

Go to MANAGE > Groups.

Click the Download icon.

It is a CSV file, so opened in Excel we see:
