Mapping workflow actors to MDM roles

About this task

To map one or more workflow actors to MDM roles, do the following:

In the BPM perspective, open the workflow for which you want to map the defined workflow actors to MDM roles.
In the menu bar, click Server > Configure to open the dialog box where you can view or update the configuration of the selected workflow.
Click the actor you want to map, and then click the Roles button.
In the Select roles dialog box that opens, select Talend as the organization, and then select the roles to which you want to map the selected actor.
Click Finish to close the dialog box.
The actors and the roles to which they are mapped are all displayed in the Actor mapping area.
The next step is to assign one or more of the created actors to the steps in the workflow requiring human intervention.
