The following features are available in the installers timestamped V8.0.1_20260708_1430 or later. These installers concern new installations only. If you want to reinstall products using these installers and the timestamps in your license email are older, ask Support to resend you the license email with the most recent timestamps.

If you already installed your products, you can get the latest updates for each application from monthly patches, except for Talend Runtime. Talend Runtime requires at least version R2025-02-RT reinstalled from scratch in order to be updated with monthly patches. For more information, see Upgrading Talend Runtime.

Feature Description
Updated modules The list of modules available in the installers depends on your license. When applicable, the installers now embed the following module versions:
  • Talend Administration Center R2026-06
  • Talend Data Preparation R2026-06
  • Talend Data Stewardship R2026-06
  • Talend Dictionary Service R2026-06
  • Talend ESB and Talend Runtime 8.0.1-R2026-06-RT
  • Talend Identity and Access Management 8.0.1.10
  • Talend JobServer 8.0.2-20260601_0228
  • Talend SAP RFC Server R2026-06
Information noteImportant: As of the 2026H1 release, Talend Studio is no longer available in the Platform and Tooling installers. To install Talend Studio, use the Talend Studio Installer instead. For more information, see Installing Talend Studio with the Talend Studio Installer.
Updated third-party applications When applicable, the installers now embed the following application versions:
  • Apache Tomcat 10.1.55
  • Apache Kafka 3.9.2
  • MinIO version RELEASE.2025-09-07T16-13-09Z
    Information noteImportant: The MinIO upgrade may cause previously existing configuration or data to become inaccessible, which can result in "artifact not found" errors in Talend Data Preparation and Talend Data Stewardship. To resolve this issue, create, delete, or update a semantic type. This action regenerates the affected artifact and uploads it back to MinIO.
Filebeat removed from installers Filebeat is no longer available in Talend installers.
Lucene migration tool The Lucene migration tool is no longer available in Talend installers.
