Configuring Talend Administration Center SSO for Talend Data Stewardship, Talend Data Preparation and Talend Dictionary Service

The SSO feature is available for Talend Data Stewardship, Talend Data Preparation, and Talend Dictionary Service applications connecting to Talend Administration Center.

Before you begin

  • You have enabled and configured Single Sign-On for Talend Administration Center.
  • You have set up user roles and project types from your Identity Provider system.
  • You must have Talend Data Stewardship, Talend Data Preparation, and Talend Dictionary Service user roles.
  • You must have the Security Administrator role in Talend Administration Center.
  • You have logged in to Talend Administration Center through SSO.

Procedure

  1. Open the <installation_path>/iam/apache-tomcat/conf/iam.properties file.
  2. Update the values for the following parameters:
    • tac.user with the login name of the Identity Provider.
    • tac.password with the login password of the Identity Provider.
  3. Save your changes.
  4. Restart Talend Identity and Access Management.
