Sharing a dashboard

By default, a dashboard is defined as private. You can share it with other users with a read-only access.

A dashboard is private when you open it and see NOT SHARED in the top right corner.

Before you begin

You are the owner of the dashboard to be shared.

Go to DASHBOARDS > Manage.
Open the My tab.
Select the row of a dashboard.
In the toolbar, click the Share icon.
From the drop-down list, select one or more user(s) and/or group(s).
Click OK to confirm you want to share the dashboard with the selected user(s) and/or group(s).
You can see the user or group names in the Shared with column.
