Sharing API versions

Add owners or editors to all versions of an API, including future versions.

1. On the homepage, by clicking the Sharing button next to the API name.
2. Choose the user or user group to share the project with. You can:
   • Click the + button to the right of the name.
   • Select the user or group and click ADD AS.

   

3. Select whether you want to add them an owner or editor.
4. Repeat with as many users or groups as necessary, then click Share.

Add a user or group as an editor of a specific API version.

1. You can share an API version:
   • From the homepage, by clicking the Sharing button next to the version.
   • From an opened API version, by clicking the Share button.
2. Choose the user or user group to share the project with. You can:
   • Click the + button to the right of the name.
   • Select the user or group and click ADD AS > Editor.
   At the version level, you can only add users or groups as editors.

   

3. Repeat with as many users or groups as necessary, then click Share.
