Deploying to Qlik Cloud
QV2QS deploys converted apps directly to a Qlik Cloud tenant using qlik-cli. QV2QS creates the app, uploads objects and media, builds the app, and optionally reloads the app with data.
Before deploying, set up Qlik Cloud access and authentication. For details, see Setting up Qlik Cloud access and Authentication.
- Build and deployment — Understand the deployment steps: create or reuse app, upload media, prepare sheets, build, and restore sheet state.
- Space targeting — Deploy to personal or shared spaces. Review large app support considerations.
- Data and reload — Populate the converted app with data using automatic binary load, manual reload, or triggered reload.
- Reusing an existing app — Update a previously converted app with sheet ID mapping, media hash optimization, and automatic sheet state restoration.
- QVF export — Export the converted app as a QVF file for offline distribution or import into another tenant.
