Creating a new configuration

Before you begin

  • You have been assigned an object role with the Metadata Management capability.

  • You have a Talend Data Catalog Advanced or Advanced Plus license edition.

Procedure

  1. Go to MANAGE > Repository.
  2. In the repository manager panel, right-click the repository icon.
  3. Click New > Configuration.
  4. Type in the name and the description.
  5. Click OK.

Results

The Overview tab of the configuration opens. You can switch to this configuration to add content.
