Moving to Qlik Cloud

The Talend Cloud and Qlik Cloud versions of Talend Cloud API Designer differ in sharing model, integrated tools, and publishing capabilities.

The Talend Cloud and Qlik Cloud back-offices are linked. Named repositories and their contents are automatically synced between both environments. The Default repository is not synced.

In Talend Cloud, you can share at the API contract and version levels within the Default repository. In Qlik Cloud, you can share at the repository level only. Before migrating, reorganize your API contracts from the Default repository into named repositories and configure sharing at the repository level.

The following features are not available in the Qlik Cloud version of Talend Cloud API Designer:

  • API Tester integration
  • API Portal publishing
