Troubleshooting QlikView Server verification errors
One or more connection parameters are incorrect or missing.
Verify that QlikView Desktop is installed locally.
Verify that the QlikView Desktop license is not missing or expired.
Ensure that the Windows user running the Qlik NPrinting Engine is a local administrator. Add the user to the Administrators group in Windows if they are not already a local administrator.
If the QlikView Server cannot be reached, verify that the port is open.
Verify that both QlikView Server and QlikView Desktop are the same version, including SR.
Ensure that the Windows user running Qlik NPrinting Engine is part of the QlikViewAdministrators local group on the QlikView Server computer.
Verify that the QlikView Server license is not missing or expired.
Ensure that QlikView Server has at least one document.
The document specified does not exist. Verify that the document and path are entered correctly.
The specified user does not have access to the document. Verify user permissions in QlikView.

The Cluster ID as entered does not exist. Verify the Cluster ID and try again.
Verify that at least one of the QlikView Servers in the cluster can open the specified document.
If the QlikView Server cannot be reached, verify that the port is open.
Ensure that the Windows user running Qlik NPrinting Engine is part of the QlikViewAdministrators local group on the QlikView Server computer.
Verify that the QlikView Server license is not missing or expired.
Ensure that QlikView Server has at least one document.
