Fonts do not display properly in reports

Possible cause  

  • The font is an Open Type Font (.otf). Qlik NPrinting only supports True Type Fonts (.ttf).
  • The font is not installed on all Qlik NPrinting Engine computers and all Qlik NPrinting Designer computers.

Proposed action  

Ensure that all fonts are True Type Fonts (.ttf). Check that all report fonts are installed on all Qlik NPrinting Engine computers and all Qlik NPrinting Designer computers.
