Show Repository Responsibilities

You may determine all the object responsibilities assigned to a user based upon object role assignments (either directly or via group assignments) using this feature. This information is very useful when determining why a user does not have the ability to perform a task that you believe they should be able to and how to address it.

Steps

1. Sign in as a user with at least theSecurity Administratorcapability global role assignment.
2. Go to MANAGE > Users in the banner.
3. Right-click a user and select Show Customizations.

Example

Sign in as an Administrator.

Go to MANAGE > Users in the top banner.

Right-click Ed and you have context menu options:

Select Show Repository Responsibilities:

Click SHOW Capabilities to see the responsibilities in terms of capabilities, rather than roles.
