| Directory | Start the IE:Advantage Import/Export Utility. 1. Choose 'Export' from the 'File' menu. 2. Select the Encyclopedia you want to export. Locate the drive and the folder that contains the Encyclopedia. Double-click on the folders in the list to switch to a different folder. If necessary, switch to a different drive by selecting a drive from the list and finally select the Encyclopedia. 3. Click 'Ok'. 4. Type the logon and password in the 'Logon' and 'password' text boxes allowing you to connect to the Encyclopedia. 5. Click 'Ok'. 6. Select an existing directory in which the export file will be located. 7. Click 'Ok'. 8. Select 'File' from the report destination dialog box. 9. Click 'Ok'. 10. Type the name of the report file in the 'File Name' text box or select it from the file name list. 11. Click 'Save'. The bridge will use the generated IMP files as input |
