Synchronizing and reloading catalog and schema lists

You can compare and match the catalog and schema lists in the DQ Repository tree view with those in the database.

Before you begin

A database connection is created in the Profiling perspective.

In the DQ Repository tree view, expand Metadata > DB Connections.
Right-click the database connection you want to synchronize with the database and select Reload database list.

A message will prompt you for confirmation as any change in the database structure may affect the analyses created on these catalogus or schemas from Talend Studio.
Click OK to close the confirmation message, or Cancel to stop the operation.

The selected database connection is updated with the new catalogs and schemas, if any.
