Git usage simplification

The usage of Git within Talend Studio is simplified with improved Talend Git Staging view, Git History view, and possible Git operation guidance in the Repository view.

Studio Git remote mode for Talend Administration Center projects is removed.

Automatic commit mode is removed.

Talend Studio will not commit generated documentation to Git anymore.

The Enable ACL option is now available in Spark Batch and Spark Streaming Jobs with Databricks Jobs API 2.2. It allows you to configure permission to access workspace level objects.
