Changed infrastructure to allow running Java bridges with SapMachine JVM 17, as shipped in BusinessObjects 14.4 (2025) client installation.

This JVM does not ship the 'release' text file, which prevents detection of the version.

The new infrastructure allows a bridge to specify the version (for example 8 or 17) and configure JVM Modules as appropriate.
