Dynamic Engine v0.22.0, v0.22.1, v0.22.2, and v0.22.3

Dynamic Engine v0.22.0 introduces support for customization with Helm values files, new Beta features for Data Services and Routes, and artifact signature validation.

  • The Helm development type is now generally available, with both API and Talend Management Console support. For further information, see (Recommended) Helm deployment.
  • Availability-noteBeta
    Expanded support for Data Services and Routes, including new Route deployment features and scaling options. This support is available to EAP (Early Adopter Programs) users only.
  • Artifact signature validation for improved security and authenticity of engine artifacts.
Patch versions have been progressively released:
  • Dynamic Engine v0.22.1 improves the engine stability by addressing memory-related failures and resolves issues preventing engine from starting on Minikube.
  • Dynamic Engine v0.22.2 implements the beta support for Data Services and Routes in additional regions:
    • AWS US
    • AWS Australia
    • AWS APAC
  • Dynamic Engine v0.22.3 delivers an update with improved artifact downloads for the beta support for Data Services and Routes in additional regions:
    • Singapore (AWS Singapore)
    • Ireland (AWS Dublin)
    • India (AWS Mumbai)
Promoting to Dynamic Engine environments

You can create promotions for Dynamic Engine environments.

You can promote all the objects at once or specific objects such as workspaces, plans, tasks, and artifacts from:
  • a Dynamic Engine environment to another Dynamic Engine environment.
  • a Remote Engine environment to a Dynamic Engine environment.
