Talend Cloud Data Inventory

Feature Description
Tags The tagging system can now be used from the overview to freely apply text metadata to your datasets, just like using post-its, to make their content clearer at a glance and make them easier to find via the search.
New facets for the search You can make your queries more accurate than before, with the use of the following new facets:
  • Connection name
  • Description
  • Tags
Pipelines and preparations tiles The list of pipelines and preparations that have been created from a dataset can now also be found respectively in the dedicated Pipelines and Preparations tiles of the overview panel.
Compatible preparations In addition to displaying the list of existing preparations for a given dataset, you can now also use the Preparations button in the dataset list or overview panel to display the compatible preparations. These preparations, created on a dataset with the same data model, can then be applied in one click.
Local files import improvement Creating local datasets is even easier now, without the need to fill a dataset creation form. When importing a local file, parameters are automatically detected in the background and the dataset Overview will now directly open.
