Feature Description
Chat with Qlik Support Users can directly contact and get help from a Qlik agent from the portal and in the Talend Management Console and Talend Cloud Pipeline Designer apps through the new chat widget to contact the Support team. This feature is available to users with Gold support or above in the following licenses and entry level product versions:
  • Talend Onboard Program
  • Talend Cloud Data Integration
  • Talend Cloud Big Data
  • Talend Cloud Data Management
  • Talend Cloud Pipeline Designer powered by Azure
  • Talend Cloud Pipeline Designer powered by AWS with the following editions:
    • consumption-based pricing edition
    • Talend Cloud Data Integration trial edition
