Campaign owner and data stewards can remove tasks in a campaign.

Removing task as a data steward

Data stewards can remove the tasks assigned to them in a campaign before they do any modifications on them, or after they transition them to the final state on the workflow.

Procedure

  1. Log in as a data steward.
  2. On the Tasks page, click the name of the campaign which holds the tasks you want to delete.
  3. On the menu bar, use the combinations State > New and Assignment > Assigned to me, or the combinations State > Resolved and Assignment > Assigned to me to open the new or resolved tasks respectively.
  4. In the right panel, click Task and expand Remove tasks.
  5. From the Selection list, select to remove all the tasks or only the tasks you select in the list.
    Information noteTip: From the task list, hold the Ctrl or Shift keys to select multiple tasks. On Mac, hold the Cmd or Shift keys.
  6. Click Submit.

Results

The tasks are removed from the list.

  1. Log in as a campaign owner.
  2. On the Tasks or on the Campaigns page, click the name of the campaign which holds the tasks you want to delete.
  3. In the right panel, click Task and expand Remove tasks.
  4. From the Selection list, select to remove all the tasks or only the tasks you select in the list.
  5. Click Submit.

Results

The tasks are removed from the list.
